William became interested in photography at an early age when his grandfather gave him an old Polaroid Land Camera. It was a rather clunky device he carried everywhere, snapping instant photos of family, friends, and random strangers. It wasn't long before he graduated to a more advanced 35mm camera - a used Canon FX bequeathed to him by his uncle - which opened up the world of portrait photography. What had been a hobby became a passion when William began taking photos for his high school newspaper and several shots ended up in the local daily.

By the time he entered college, William was shooting sports and theatrical events, weddings and creating headshots for local actors. With a natural affinity for capturing images, he moved into videography to shoot short films, commercials, and documentaries. He further used his photographic and video skills to create a series of virtual hikes and launch the website Hike-LosAngeles.com.  His clients have included Disney, Orek Vacuums, America's Beauty Show, Hane's Hosiery, and Advantage Lumber, where he was the Video Director/Lead Photographer for all of their digital online content and print advertising.
